Internal yellow gold bubble with genuine blue topaz - 0.8 mm thread

This bubble attachment and the thread are made of 18k yellow gold.
The thread of this attachment has a diameter of 0.8 mm and can therefore be combined with any basic fleXternal jewellery.
It is set with a genuine blue topaz.
