Titanium TL Insertion pin TRUST - for laying on/threadless (Made in Germany) - (while stocks last)
This insertion pin is ideal for use with piercing jewelry with an external thread, i.e. the external system.
The insertion pin itself has no thread, it has a so-called "connection point", i.e. a connection point that acts as a small notch in which the jewelry can be placed.
The jewelry is simply placed here.
The insertion pin is available in the following thicknesses:
- 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm
As soon as the insertion pin is placed on the piercing jewelry, it can be inserted perfectly into the piercing site.
The insertion pin can be easily removed after insertion.
The insertion pin is made of titanium Ti6Al4V-ELI (ASTM F 136).

Thanks to the high surface quality with an Ra value between 0.07 µm and 0.08 µm, we have achieved an almost highly polished surface, which means that the insertion pins can be anodized without any problems. Now you can define the sizes using a colour code and simplify your daily studio routine during sterilization. There is no need to measure the thicknesses and you can start packing straight away
