Internal yellow gold attachment with Lab Created Diamonds and one blue Topaz - 0.8 mm thread

This seagull and the thread are made of 18 carat yellow gold.
The thread of this attachment has a diameter of 0.8 mm and can therefore be combined with any basic fleXternal jewellery.
The attachment is filled with four Lab Created Diamonds and one blue Topaz.
It is suitable for many different parts of the body, but is often used, for example, in the Medusa, in the Conch, in the Helix or in the Lobe.
