Internal yellow gold attachment with Songea Sapphire - 0.8 mm thread

This rhombus and the thread are made of 18 carat yellow gold.
The thread of this attachment has a diameter of 0.8 mm and can therefore be combined with any basic fleXternal jewellery.
The attachment is set with one Songea Sapphire.
